The ALTISET II is a handheld IR remote that provides a quick and convenient method to program settings for the ALFA, ECHO, and Military ALTITRACK. It allows the Jump Master to set mission specific requirements and scan each device, giving greater control and reducing the chance of errors.
It is an optional, yet highly recommended, accessory. Since one device can control every altimeter on the jump plane, only a small number of ALTISET II’s are needed at various locations.
