About LB Altimeters
Before LB hit the market, a skydiver’s only option was to manually monitor altitude. Enter Mads Larsen and Niels Brusgaard: engineers by day and Relative Work flyers in their free time.
Determined to gain additional altitude awareness, they started running tests. First, they experimented with grandma’s wall barometer (literally) and, later, with clunky – but popular – prototypes. In time, they achieved their goal of developing precise visual and audible instruments, and launched LB Altimeters to an eager community of civilian skydivers and, later, to the military.
LB continues to be on the cutting edge and frequently introduces new pieces into the market.
