PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The developers of the Military CYPRES 2 offered the World our most recent AAD that is based off the proven 100% Reliability Rating of the Military CYPRES 2 with the following additional features:

Simplify CYPRES Inventory:  The ECC was designed to take the place of 5 separate units that a parachute loft could have to manage by incorporating the most popular modes into a single unit. The ECC’s interchangeability into different parachute systems allows loft managers to maintain their operational systems online during maintenance cycles.

Backlit Control unit:  A single press on the control button illuminates the control unit display in a dark aircraft.

Remote Air Pressure Setting:  Programmable pressure setting that can be performed by the jumpmaster team manually or via the use of the ECC IR Remote pressure setting tool to rapidly change updated air pressure settings on the ground or while in flight to include pressurized cabins. This tool offers the ability to change Mbar settings without having to power-cycle the unit which improves accuracy and saves time on the ground and enroute to the target DZ.

5 Operational Modes + 5 Training Modes:  The ECC can be changed to one of the following modes. The current mode is easy to read on the control unit display allowing the jumpmaster to accurately verify mode.

Replaceable Control Unit:  Control Unit damage is often caused by mishandling on the ground.  The ECC was designed to allow this component to be replaceable by a parachute rigger or technician eliminating downtime that would normally be required by sending the unit back to the manufacturer or service center for repairs.

Data Recall:  The ECC has been engineered to allow the user the ability to wirelessly download parachute jump data. The data can be accessed by the use of the ECC Datacollector that retrieves the data via Infrared (IR) without the need of removing the CYPRES unit from the container. Data can be retrieved with or without an activation.
